Verified 9 October: TAPA through 8 October; all 56 venue-days for 2–8 October reconciled (54 matched, two source-confirmed zeros). C247 refreshed: rotas for weeks commencing 5, 12 and 19 October, shift notes, and payroll/attendance for 28 September–4 October. C247 automation runs weekly, not daily.
Forecasts issued 5 October include weekday-aligned YOY, recent comparable days and venue bias. Ranges are planning judgements, not statistical confidence intervals.
